These Terms govern your use of Sole Score (“the app,” “the service”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Sole Score Is

Sole Score is a research tool for shoe resellers. It pulls live eBay marketplace data and generates an estimated buy score, suggested price range, and profit/ROI estimate for a given shoe and buy price.

·Estimates only. All scores, prices, profit figures, and recommendations are estimates based on available marketplace data at the time of the search. They are not guarantees of sale price, sale speed, or profitability.

·Not financial advice. Sole Score does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own purchasing and reselling decisions.

2. Accounts

·You must be at least 13 years old to use Sole Score.

·You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

·You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.

·We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or are inactive for an extended period.

3. Plans, Billing & Cancellation

·Free tier — limited daily searches, no credit card required. Limits and features may change as the product evolves, including during the current early-access period.

·Pro tier — a paid subscription tier with additional features, billed on a recurring basis once available. Pricing in effect at signup will be clearly shown before you subscribe.

·Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.

·Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

·We may change pricing for future billing periods with advance notice to subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

·Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to query the app outside of normal interactive use.

·Attempt to circumvent search limits, rate limits, or access restrictions.

·Resell, redistribute, or commercially repackage data obtained through the app as a standalone product or feed.

·Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

·Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying scoring methodology for competing commercial use.

5. Third-Party Data & Services

Sole Score displays data sourced from eBay and other third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data. Listing prices, sold prices, and inventory levels can change or be removed by the source platform at any time without notice to us.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

·We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any score, price estimate, or recommendation will be accurate or result in a profitable outcome.

·You acknowledge that resale markets fluctuate and that actual sale prices may differ materially from estimates shown in the app.

·Condition assessments from photo scanning are estimates only and should not replace your own physical inspection of an item.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sole Score and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from a purchasing or reselling decision made using the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as Sole Score moves from early access to a paid Pro tier. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
